Robert A. Brvenik

President

Robert A. Brvenik is president of Prime Retail. Brvenik joined the company in 2000. His responsibilities with the company include development, leasing, asset management, capital market activities and investor relations. Prior to joining the company, Brvenik was associated for 13 years with Pyramid Management Group, Inc. where he served in several key capacities including chief financial officer, chief operating officer, director of development and senior leasing representative in addition to liaison with several large commercial and investment banks.

Brvenik has also held positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Citicorp. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Utica College of Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nicholas G. King

Chief Operating Officer

Born in the United Kingdom and raised in Syracuse, Nicholas King graduated from Hamilton College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. King joined Prime Retail as Executive Vice President, Asset Management in January 2004 and is now Chief Operating Officer. With a strong background in asset management and a proven leasing track record in the “big box” and full-price arenas, he negotiated and signed deals with such tenants as Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy and Old Navy, along with small shop tenants.

Prior to joining Prime Retail, King was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Management for The Pyramid Companies, based in Syracuse, N.Y. He also held the positions of Director of Leasing, Senior Leasing Representative, General Manager and Manager of Financial Analysis with The Pyramid Companies.

Chief Financial Officer

Charles J. Rogers joined Prime Retail in 1999 and is responsible for the company’s financial oversight and reporting. He previously served as Chief Accounting Officer where he directed the accounting, finance and cash management functions of the company.

Prior to joining the company, Rogers worked for Banking Institutions in the Mid-Atlantic where he served in various finance and accounting capacities. Rogers earned a M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, a B.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola College in Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Kelvin Antill joined the company in 1995 and has served as Vice President – Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and Senior Vice President – Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Before joining Prime Retail, Antill worked for the Baltimore law firms of Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, and Frank, Bernstein, Conway & Goldman.

He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he majored in economics with a focus on government and politics.

Pamela Z. Meadows

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Pamela Z. Meadows holds the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources, bringing with her a strong background in retail management, accounting and human resources. Meadows joined Prime Retail’s accounting team in 1992 and was instrumental in forming the company’s Human Resources department as the company transitioned into a REIT in June 1994.

Prior to joining Prime Retail, she worked for Shopco Management for seven years as an assistant mall manager where she was responsible for human resources, accounting, tenant relations and temporary leasing. Meadows attended the University of Maryland and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources and the National Payroll Administration.

Executive Vice President, Real Estate

Bruce Zalaznick is the Executive Vice President, Real Estate for Prime Retail. Zalaznick joined the company in 2005. Zalaznick’s responsibilities include the oversight of all acquisitions and new development, as well as expansion and re-development of existing outlet centers. Previously, Zalaznick was associated, for over nine years, as Executive Vice President of Chelsea Property Group, a subsidiary of Simon Property Group, which specializes in Premium Outlet Centers.

During his tenure at Chelsea, Zalaznick’s responsibilities included leading the domestic acquisitions and development division and heading the international division where Chelsea developed five centers in Japan and one center in Mexico City. Zalaznick received his B.S./Economics from Cornell University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

William G. Ellis has held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations for Prime Retail since March 2004. He oversees the operations of the company’s extensive portfolio of outlet centers and full-price malls with his strong financial background, extensive managerial experience and keen understanding of the real estate industry. Ellis joined the company in December 1995 and during his tenure has served in several key capacities, including Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller where he oversaw the accounting, reporting, cash management, forecasting & budgeting and lease administration functions of the company.

Prior to joining the Company, Ellis was associated with Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc. where he served in various capacities, including Accounting Manager. Mr. Ellis has also held positions at MNC Financial, Inc. and Ernst & Young, LLC. Mr. Ellis graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.

Giancarlo Filártiga is a part of the Development Department at Prime Retail, which entails the oversight of new development as well as the expansion of existing centers. Prior to joining Prime Retail, Filártiga was associated with The Mills Corporation. During his over-eight-year tenure at Mills, Filártiga was instrumental in the company’s international expansion where he acted as Managing Director of Mills Global II. While at Mills, Filártiga was also involved in a variety of domestic projects, including 108 N. State Street in Chicago, Ontario Mills and Alberta Mills.

Filártiga has vast experience in commercial real estate, having developed hotels and leisure amenities while at Disney; restaurants and entertainment venues while at Planet Hollywood; and the first cinema multiplexes in Europe while at Gaum.

A noted industry leader with over 20 years experience, Karen Fluharty is responsible for putting retail brands on the map, quite literally. A recent addition to the Prime executive team, Fluharty oversees all marketing strategy and branding initiatives for the respected shopping center developer and owner, overseeing the brand voice and tactical execution for more than 21 of the nation’s most popular shopping destinations both domestically and in Puerto Rico.

For more than 12 years, Fluharty created and managed the marketing and tourism programs for one of the nation’s largest outlet developers, Chelsea Property Group as Vice President – International Marketing. Stationed in Chelsea’s Hong Kong office, Fluharty’s responsibilities included developing international market entry strategy; supervising country-specific joint-venture marketing groups in new and existing Asian countries; and developing and overseeing marketing, advertising and public relations strategies to support Chelsea’s shopping center portfolio both in-country and for US inbound tourism. Before her tenure with Chelsea, Fluharty held regional marketing stints with PREIT (formerly Rubin-Strouse Retail), Revlon and Bloomingdale’s.

Fluharty attended the Fashion Institute of Technology’s Continuing Education Program and also holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lisa H. Kessler

Senior Vice President, Leasing – Outlet Shopping Centers

Lisa H. Kessler has been a member of the leasing team at Prime Retail since January of 1992. Since that time, Kessler has developed and maintained strong relationships with many of Prime Retail’s premier tenants and has been the top leasing producer since joining the company. She has been integral in the planning, merchandising and leasing of all development projects as well as the repositioning and expansion of existing properties within Prime Retail’s outlet portfolio.

Prior to Prime Retail, Kessler also held leasing positions with the McArthur Glen Group and The Cordish Company. She received her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a double master’s degree from the University of Maryland.

Senior Vice President, Design & Construction

Salem LaHood brings over 25 years of multifaceted design, construction and project management experience to Prime Retail. A registered professional architect, LaHood is a graduate of Syracuse University’s School of Architecture and has studied at the Architectural Association in London. As a practicing architect specializing in the design of retail and commercial facilities, LaHood is the recipient of local and national design awards and is past president of the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

For the last 10 years, LaHood has been actively involved in the design, development and management of regional and super regional shopping centers for The Pyramid Companies where he was instrumental in integrating “big box” and ”category killer” tenants into traditional mall settings. In addition to providing overall design leadership at Prime Retail, LaHood is also responsible for managing the Tenant Coordination and CADD functions of the organization.

W. Paul Reed

Senior Vice President, Construction

W. Paul Reed has been with Prime Retail and its predecessor company, The Prime Group, since the spring of 1983. During that time, Reed has been responsible for the construction of a number of projects including retail malls, commercial buildings, single-family subdivisions and multifamily apartment and condominium properties. Since 1991, Reed has been primarily involved in project entitlement, municipal assistance negotiations and construction of Prime Retail’s outlet centers.

Prior to joining Prime Retail, Reed was associated with several large contractors and builders, serving in construction management roles. Reed graduated from Sam Houston State University and continued his studies at the University of Texas
